Layered Pancake CAKE

Hello! :) How are You?
I was in a romantic mood these days. Fortunately I got 2 days holidays that I could enjoy with my Love.

I planned to cook him a dinner, with dessert as well. The menu would have been Spaghetti Bolognese and this Chocolaty Layered Pancake CAKE.

However, my Honey put a really good movie on in the evening, and I couldn't leave it, so we watched it in the kitchen, while we made the dessert.
After the film, a little too late for dinner, I cooked the spaghetti as well, while he prepared our romantic dinner table with candles... And guess what... He put on a video of fire in a fireplace on the big TV, so as it would seems like we had a real one. It was funny, and actually it did brought a cosy atmosphere, so if You would like to have fireplace for any occasion go on youtube and have it! :D

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cup of flour
  • 2 cup of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp of caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp of vanilla sugar
  • ---
  • 1 bar of dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp of margarine
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa
  • 1 tsp of oil
  • ---
  • icing sugar
  • cocoa
  • little oil for the frying

Preparation:

1. Mix the ingredients of the first column.

2. Heat a little oil in frying pans. With a ladle spoon some batter on it, and bake each sides of the pancakes.

3. Repeat this with the rest of the batter.

4. Melt the chocolate. Mix it with a little margarine, cocoa, and oil.

5. Lubricate some chocolate on a pancake.

6. Then layer the others, with icing sugar, cocoa, and chocolate between them.

7. Lubricate the top with chocolate as well, and sprinkle a little icing sugar on the sides.

It's enough for 6 slices. :)
Enjoy!
