So let's go back baking. :)
Here's another apple pie! :)  (this was last years).
This time it has a net decoration on the top. It's a little bit flat but it was really delicious! :)

  • half tsp of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp of icing sugar
  • 200 g = 4/5 cup of melted margarine

  • 0,5 dl = 1/5 cup of milk
  • pinch of salt

  • 1,1 kg  of apples (8 pieces)
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 dl = 2/5 cup of milk
  • 1 tbsp of instant vanilla sugar
  • + 3 tbsp sugar
  • icing sugar

Preparation:

1. Mix the ingredients of the upper column. Make a ball of it.

2. Wash and peel the apples.

3. Rasp them, and add 3 tbsp sugar and a little cinnamon to it. Heat it up.

4. Then filtrate it with a filter.

5. To the juice of the apples, mix the vanilla pudding and the milk, and the sugars. Cook a pudding of it.

6. Then mix it with the apples, to get a though apple cream.

7. Roll half of the pastry out , and put it to a baking  tray. (You should lubricate it before with margarine and sprinkle flour on it)

8. Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius.

9. Lubricate the apple cream on the pastry.

10. Then roll out the other half of the pastry, and cut out some stripes, and decorate the pie with them.

11. Then bake it about 40 - 45 minutes.

12. When it's ready You can sprinkle icing sugar on the top.

Enjoy!
